It was my first time at Palmonas, and I walked in to consider a gift for someone who is close to me and young, in her early twenties. Ms. Akanksha ( I think that's her name) was attending the store, a very polite and courteous person. She helped me select a very nice set based on my budget and requirement. She very nicely explained dos and donts and care to be taken. The store is small petite and Haa a very classy display. The range is good and suitable for everyone. Real gold, semi, high budget, mod budget, something for everyone. What was important for me is the packaging and brand value which is think is justified. Definitely buying from here again. The store people are very honest. I had initially liked a different set which was actually costlier, but they informed me that one gem was mixing and so it would be better to buy a different piece since that one was due to go for resetting and repair. I really appreciate this honesty.
